- A strength-intensive exercise.
- To fulfill the credit, it is necessary to shoot videos on which you complete the work in a given repetition according to the lecturer.
- Request to be added to the group on Facebook.
- Record a video (4x accelerated) as you practice according to the video recorded by the lecturer on FB group.
- There will be 7 tasks, to complete the credit just 5 is necessary.
- Cannot be combined with "BodyForm or KTV challenge".
- You can complete the credit until 31.5.2021.
