Group of Clinical and Molecular Pharmacotherapy

Interdisciplinary research group of researchers from the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology and Department of Pharmaceutical Technology. The group is mainly involved in research of molecular aspects of regulation via nuclear receptors, the development of novel nuclear receptor ligands or their nanoformulation for targeted delivery, and radiopharmacy.

The group works on the following topics:

• Development of novel nuclear receptor (Prof. Petr Pávek, PharmDr., Ph.D.)
• The study of xenobiotic and endobiotic metabolism regulation via nuclear receptors in advanced 3D spheroid hepatocyte models (Tomas Smutny)
• Development of novel nanoformulations for targeted delivery (PharmDr. Ondřej Holas, Ph.D.)
• Laboratory of Radiopharmacy head  (Prof. František Trejtnar, Ph.D.)
