Group of microbiology and immunology
Our scientific research intentions are primarily focused on the evaluation of the antimicrobial activity of candidate compounds and characterization of their interaction with microbes in vitro and in vivo. Within of comprehensive survey of these compounds, among other things, the mechanisms of action, anti-biofilm activity, or in vivo toxicity and efficacy are within the scope of our attention.

- Testing of antimicrobial activity in vitro
- Study of Candida albicans host-pathogen interaction
- Study of vaginal microbiota and its relationship to recurrent vulvovaginal discomfort
