Short bio:
Lucie Nováková is a Full Professor at the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. Her research is oriented towards fast LC and SFC techniques, and their coupling to mass spectrometry. She is involved in a wide scope of research projects being focused on pharmaceutical analysis, plant analysis and bioanalytical methods. Therefore, an important part of her research lays also in the sample preparation step, where the focus is put on the current trends enabling facilitation, miniaturization, reduction of time and sample requirements. She has published about 120 scientific articles with more than 3700 citations and is widely involved in teaching and education activities, such as HPLC and SFC training courses, seminars and conferences.
