Research Interests

  • Automation in analytical chemistry - Flow Injection Analysis (FIA), Sequential Injection Analysis (SIA)
  • Development of Sequential injection chromatography (SIC)
  • Application of Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) in pharmaceutical, bioanalytical and environmental analysis
  • Application of novel trends in stationary phases in LC (monolithic columns, sub-2-micron columns, core-shell technology)
  • Development of modern bioanalytical methods including sample preparation and preconcentration for analysis of clinical markers in biological fluids
  • Environmental analysis of drug residues in soil and waste water samples
