• synthesis of symmetrical and asymmetrical phthalocyanines and their aza-analogue as photsensitizers in photodynamic therapy
• Study of photophysical and photochemical properties phthalocyanines and azaphthalocyanines

• 2015 – Present PhD: Pharmaceutical chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove. Thesis: Synthesis of anionic derivatives of phthalocyanines as potential photodynamic active substances
• 2010 -  2015 graduated from Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove (Magister degree, equiv. M.Sc.), Thesis: Synthesis of azaphthalocyanines substituted with moieties derived from trimesic acid
