Regular Use of the Instrument:
The purification of various (native and recombinant) proteins and enzymes while maintaining their activity. In the case of purification of recombinant proteins or enzymes expressed in various systems, their His-tagging is used. The instrument then allows capture of the desired protein or enzyme on the column (affinity chromatography), removal of undesirable substances and subsequent release of the desired protein or enzyme by gradient elution in selectable fractions.
