Lunch and workshop dinner reservation

Lunch

We have booked a restaurant for both Monday and Tuesday at the EA Hotel Tereziánský dvůr (www.hotelterezianskydvur.com) for the lunch. The restaurant offers a two-course menu for 200 CZK. As there is no registration fee for the workshop, we ask every participant who is interested in joining for lunch, to pay by him/herself. Participants can choose from two main meals from which one is vegetarian. No beverage is included.

Lunch 23 September

1. 200g Chicken breast SUPREME on herbs, vegetable mikado, rice Basmati
2. 100g Grilled Camembert on asparagus risotto

Dessert: Chocolate slice with hot forest berries and whipped cream

Lunch 24 September

1. 150g Roasted pork tenderloin, grilled vegetables ratatouille, potatoes au gratin
2. 190g Roasted tofu with herbs, red lentil ragout with zucchini and cream

Dessert: Bound cheesecake

Workshop dinner

The workshop dinner will be hold at the pub Pivovarské domy (www.pivovarskedomy.cz) located in the Main square (Velké náměstí). High quality meals could be ordered from both the pub and the restaurant a la carte. In-house beer is served here and the beer production facility is partly visible to the visitors. Again, we ask every participant who is interested in joining for dinner, to pay by him/herself.

The protection of your data and the observance of your right of informational self-determination with regard to the collection, processing and use of your personal data are important to us. The organizers of MMP 2019, Charles University, Faculty Of Pharmacy, Akademika Heyrovského 1203, 500 05 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic will collect and store all personal data for the preparation and execution of the MMP 2019 workshop. In accordance with data protection and other applicable laws, sensitive data will be deleted after the workshop, whereas personal data and correspondence will be stored for the period prescribed by law (currently 7 years). By sending the registration form, you are confirming that you read the attached information about the processng of your personal data.
