  • Isolation of biologically active plant constituents – mostly alkaloids
  • Preparation of semi-synthetic derivatives of natural products, targeting antimycobacterial, antibacterial and anti-neurodegenerative disease activities.
  • Screening biological activity (MAO-A and in-vivo acute toxicity and beta-amyloid toxicity model, C. elegans)
