Research focus
- secondary metabolites from Nuphar lutea L. (Nympheaceae) and Dicranostigma franchetianum (Prain) Fedde (Papaveraceae) - isolation, analysis, structural identification.
- in vitro biological activities of isolated compounds (inhibition of AChE, BuChE, POP, MAO and GSK-3β, and PAMPA). Also cytotoxicity all isolated compounds will be evaluated.
Current position
- a doctoral student at Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Botany.
