The laboratory studies substances acting on the respiratory using both in vitro and in vivo methods.
Current research topics
- In vitro evaluation od quinazoline alkaloids derivatives by the method of isolated trachea
- In vivo study of promising compounds under physiological conditions and in experimentally induced allergic asthma (determination of lung resistance and compliance)
- Determination of acute toxicity potential of antiasthmatics
