Participation in specific physical education classes and the choice of sports activity is governed by the teacher's professional assessment. The teacher takes into account the individual abilities, health status and suitability of the selected activity for the given student, with the aim of ensuring safe and effective participation in the lesson.

In justified cases, the teacher may decide not to include a student in a specific sports activity or form of instruction if its completion would not be suitable or safe for the student. In such a case, the student will be offered the opportunity for consultation and, if necessary, an alternative form of instruction.
