  • In vitro screening of novel iron/copper/zinc/cobalt chelators (comparison of chelating activity at different pHs, assessment of the abilities of these compounds to inhibit Fenton chemistry leading to highly reactive oxygen species and tissue derangement)
  • Effect of nature compounds on copper-induced red blood cell lysis
  • Anti-diabetic potential of dietary polyphenols (inhibition of α-glucosidase)
