  • From 1999 – postgraduate study in the branch of Drug control at the Department of Analytical chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Charles University 
  • From 2002 – lecturer at the Department of Analytical chemistry
  • 2003 - graduated Ph.D.
  • 2008 – habilitated associated professor in Analytical chemistry

Research activities

  • Analytical chemistry, flow methods, chromatography, column – switching techniques, on-line coupling of SPE sorbents into flow systems, sequential injection and flow injection analysis, methods of biological sample pretreatment, spectrophotometry, fluorimetry
  • Food control and contaminants determination, quality control of food supplements and nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical analysis, environmental analysis
  • Flow methods - Sequential Injection Analysis (SIA)
