Regular Use of the Instrument:

The instrument can record X-ray scattered from solid samples and sealed gel or liquid samples in the transmission setup to obtain structural information about the sample. The measurable magnitude of the scattering vector q ranges from 0.015 to 49.3 nm^-1. Small and wide angle grazing incidence X-ray diffraction can be recorded on planar samples. The temperature controlled experiments are available in a temperature range depending on the sample type.
