FLS 1000 spectrofluorometer (Edinburgh Instruments)

(equiped with Xenon lamp (CW), Microsecond Flashlamp, VPL and EPL lasers, PMT-1400 detector, PMT-980 detector, Hibrid detector combining PMT and APD, TCSPC/MCS/counter module, Integrating sphere for fluorescence quantum yield measurements, Excitation and Emission Polarizers for anisotropy measurements, 4-sample chamber holder with temperature control system for -15°C up to 110°C, Double-excitation and Double-emission Monochromators). This spectrofluorimetr is suitable for determination of quantum yields of singlet oxygen production based on the detection of phosphorescence of singlet oxygen.
