CORE-Pilates

Characteristics:

Core Pilates combines Pilates and core training. Pilates is an exercise focused on body, movement and mind harmony and correct execution of exercise. Core training is an exercise aimed at strengthening the body and deep stabilization system. Lesson is for everyone who want to improve their body shapes, strength, correct body posture, prevention of back pain.

Needed:

indoor shoes, sportswear, drink, towel
