It is an original and most popular form of women's fitness, effectively supporting the cardiovascular system, improving muscle mass and weight reduction.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is an effective cardiovascular training that has been shown to improve performance. These types of training are practiced for 15-30 minutes. It is interval training with alternating high exercise intensity and low exercise intensity. We use different intervals and styles of exercise: Standard Interval, Tabata, Pyramid, Triads. Class is for all students, beginners and athletes. Training consists of challenging advanced exercises and easy variations for beginners.
