Yoga
Characteristics:
Yoga, offered to students, is called Sun Yoga and is based on the teachings of the French yoga promoter, Michel Doffe. Each of our exercises is divided into two parts.
Part 1 focuses on exercises that work out your back, shoulders, arms, return your chest to a natural position.
Part 2 leads to perfect relaxation of the muscles along the spine, stiffening of the abdominal muscles and relaxation of the neck muscles.
Yoga allows students to compensate for the psychological stress that learning brings them, teaches them concentration, and contributes to healthy posture.
