Port de Bras
Characteristics:
Port de Bras® is a dance fitness program with which you will dance slowly, naturally. It is a form of linking dance and stretching. The goal is to make the practitioner aware of all his movements and learn to control his body perfectly. Get ready to sweat in PortDeBras!
Although PortDeBras can be very hard work, even a beginner can start. Class is for who want to concentrate on their body while practicing their spiritual development.

Credit Requirements:
To earn both credits, students must actively participate in 22 out of 26 total lessons.
Information for Students Regarding Participation in Physical Education Classes
Participation in specific physical education classes and the selection of sports activities is based on the professional assessment of the instructor. The instructor takes into account individual abilities, health conditions, and the suitability of the chosen activity for each student, with the aim of ensuring safe and effective involvement in the course.
In justified cases, the instructor may decide not to include a student in a particular sport activity or form of instruction if participation would not be appropriate or safe for the student. In such cases, the student will be offered the opportunity for consultation and, if possible, an alternative form of instruction.
